These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Florida Court Tracker (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your firm.
Florida Court Tracker curates notable Florida appellate civil decisions, presents them in a searchable web app, and sends a weekly email digest to the recipients your firm designates. Content is derived from publicly available court opinions.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access data you are not authorized to access, scraping or bulk-extracting the case database, reselling or redistributing the content as a competing product, or interfering with the Service's operation or security.
Paid plans, where offered, are billed through Stripe on the cycle shown at checkout and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
The Service's software, design, and compiled case database are owned by us and provided under a limited, non-transferable right to use them for your firm's internal business purposes. Underlying court opinions are public records and are not our property.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the case summaries are complete, current, or error-free, or that the Service will be uninterrupted. Case coverage and analysis are generated in part by automated tools and may contain omissions or inaccuracies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on case summaries. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount your firm paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your firm's use of the Service in violation of these Terms, including claims relating to recipients you added to your distribution list.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in Florida.
We may update these Terms; we will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide notice through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
