Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Florida Court Tracker ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when a law firm and its users ("you") use the Florida Court Tracker service at flcourttracker.com (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

• Account information — the firm name, the email address you sign up with, and authentication identifiers (including, if you use Google or Microsoft sign-in, the identifier those providers return). We never receive or store your Google/Microsoft password.
• Distribution list — the names and email addresses your firm adds so we can send the weekly digest to your attorneys. Your firm is responsible for having a basis to add each recipient.
• Branding — a firm name, color, and optional logo you upload for the white-labeled digest.
• Usage and delivery data — records of digests sent (dates, recipient counts, delivery status) and basic technical logs.
• Billing information — if you subscribe, payment is processed by Stripe; we store a Stripe customer identifier and your plan/status, not your full card details.

2. How we use information

• To provide the Service — authenticate you, show case data, and send the weekly digest to your distribution list.
• To operate and secure the Service, prevent abuse, and provide support.
• To process subscription payments and manage your account.

We do not sell your information or your recipients' information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Service providers

We share information only with vendors that help us run the Service, under their own terms:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and hosting of application data.
• Vercel — hosting of the website.
• Resend — delivery of the digest emails.
• Stripe — payment processing (if you subscribe).
• Anthropic — analysis of public court opinions to generate case summaries. This processes public opinion text, not your account or recipient data.

4. Case data

The appellate case summaries in the Service are derived from publicly available Florida court opinions. That content is not personal information about you.

5. Data retention

We keep account and distribution-list information for as long as your account is active, and delivery logs for a reasonable period thereafter. You may ask us to delete your account and associated data (see Contact).

6. Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/HSTS). Case data sits behind authenticated, row-level-secured access, and administrative keys are held server-side only. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

7. Your choices

• Every digest email includes a one-click unsubscribe; unsubscribing stops future emails to that address.
• Firm administrators can add or remove recipients at any time in the portal.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us.

8. Cookies

We use a session cookie/token solely to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Children

The Service is intended for law firms and business use, and is not directed to anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide notice through the Service.
