Signing in

How to sign in: email and password, Sign in with Microsoft, or your firm's single sign-on.

Three ways in

  1. Email and password β€” what most firms use. If you were invited, your invite email has an 8-digit code: go to flcourttracker.com/login, enter your email and the code, then choose a password (12+ characters).
  2. Sign in with Microsoft β€” if your firm uses Microsoft 365 and this button is on the login page, click it and sign in with your work account. No separate password. The first time, Microsoft may ask your firm's IT to approve "Florida Court Tracker" once.
  3. Your firm's single sign-on β€” for firms that connected their own sign-in system (SAML). Click Use your firm's single sign-on, enter your work email, and you'll be sent to your firm's usual sign-in page.

Which one should I use?

If your firm admin told you to use Microsoft or single sign-on, use that β€” it's the only one that will work for you. Otherwise use email and password.

Two-factor codes

If you turned on two-factor authentication under My account, you'll be asked for the 6-digit code from your authenticator app after signing in, whichever method you use.

"Signed out β€” too many devices"

Each login can be active on a limited number of devices at once (3 for most firms). Signing in on a new device signs out the oldest. If you see this and didn't expect it, change your password β€” someone may have it.
