Raziel Ofer v. Metropolitan Mortgage Company, LLC, et al.
The Third DCA dismissed a civil appeal and imposed filing restrictions against self-represented appellant Raziel Ofer after a court-appointed commissioner found that Ofer had fabricated an email he submitted to the court accusing opposing counsel and the trial judge of bribery. Ofer was barred from any future filings before the Third DCA absent review and signature by a Florida Bar member in good standing.
