In re Amendments to Florida Rules of General Practice and Judicial Administration
The Florida Supreme Court issued a notice of correction to its March 21, 2024 opinion amending the Florida Rules of General Practice and Judicial Administration. The corrections re-letter several subdivisions, conform 'shall' to 'must' throughout, and add a new subdivision (f) governing individual judge and divisional practices and procedures, along with a requirement that chief judges publish all administrative orders of a general and continuing nature on the circuit's website.
