In Re: Amendments to Florida Rules of Appellate Procedure

The Florida Supreme Court amended several Rules of Appellate Procedure. Most significantly, it added a new requirement that initial briefs contain a jurisdictional statement and, for each issue, a record citation showing preservation and a statement of the applicable standard of review, and it revised rule 9.310 to clarify the supersedeas bond calculation for automatic stays of money judgments.
