In Re: Amendments to Florida Probate Rules
The Florida Supreme Court adopted the Probate Rules Committee's proposed amendments to a large set of Florida Probate Rules, primarily to conform cross-references to recently retitled administrative rules (2.516, 2.525, and 2.420) and to make grammatical and stylistic updates. The amendments are largely technical and conforming rather than substantive. They become effective October 1, 2026, at 12:01 a.m.
