In Re: Amendments to Florida Probate Rules
The Florida Supreme Court amended five Florida Probate Rules. The most significant changes clarify that letters of curatorship must specify the powers granted to the curator (including authority over all or part of the decedent's property) and update statutory references in the petition for administration and oath of personal representative to include sections 825.102 and 825.103.
