On a fast-track report from The Florida Bar's Probate Rules Committee, the Florida Supreme Court amended Probate Rules 5.025, 5.425, and 5.530 to conform to chapter 2026-57, Laws of Florida. The amendments add proceedings to enforce a personal representative's authority under section 733.612 to the list of adversary proceedings, raise the nonexempt personal property ceiling for disposition without administration from $10,000 to $20,000, and raise the summary administration threshold from $75,000 to $150,000.
