The Florida Supreme Court denied a constitutional (all writs) petition asking it to intervene in a pending First District appeal of an order denying a preliminary injunction against Florida's 2026 congressional map. The Court reaffirmed that the all-writs doctrine is not an independent basis for jurisdiction and declined to assume that the district court's eventual decision would supply a jurisdictional hook.
